Our Liaison Officer Sgt.S.Kanthiah is explaining the short payment to Smt.M.Kalyani w/o R.Murugiah.
It came to our Notice that one Widow Smt,. M.Kalyani was receiving short pension.
Her full particulars are;

PPO.NO: S/ 121789/87 AND S/CORR/ 167185/87
PDA: I O B – SHENKOTTAI, Tirunelveli-Dist Tamil Nadu.
On going through the PPO, we came to know that the widow is being paid total pension of
Rs.2448/- only. She is actually eligible for a Basic Pension of Rs.3500/-and a total of Rs.5285/--
The discrepancy was immediately reported to PDA and the Manager has accepted our findings and agreed to rectify the error .
The widow expressed her thanks for this help.
Our Trust is happy in helping yet another widow pensioner.
