During our visit to Udangudi, we came to know that one Disability pensioner was not being paid disability pension.
His particulars are:

PPO.No: S/ 46892/78 AND D/RA/ 3836/90 Disability; 20 %
PDA: Canara Bank, Udangudi, Tuticorin-Dist, Tamil Nadu.
The Non-payment of Disability element was brought to the knowledge of the Branch Manager but he was not convinced with our findings. We took up the case with MEG record office and now received a reply informing that the veteran was sanctioned Disability Element of 20% from 3-1-1990 for life, under intimation to the PDA.
Now the PDA has agreed to revise the pension and pay the arrears at the earliest.
The Veteran called on us and expressed his happiness and gratitude for the efforts of the Trust
