HAPPY NEWS FOR POST 2006 –HAV-ACP-I
AND HONY.NB.SUB.
Those post-2006 - Hav- with
ACP-I are being paid Hony.Nb.Sub pension and also Granted Hony.Nb.Sub Rank at
later Date.
Now it is confirmed that they
are eligible for pension for the Rank of Regular Nb.Sub under OROP as per the
Latest Circular 566 dated
16-9-2016.
All the affected veterans
including Flight Sergeants/ JWOs of Air force may approach
their PDAs / CPPC for the correctness.

ReplyDeleteIwas retired on comp ground as Hav after completing 16 yrs service and 11 yrs as Hav on 28-02-1999. Am I eligible for ACP-I as I know a Hav who retired in 1997 just got the Hony Nb Sub rank as well as pension on the basis of a Court order of AFT Chandigarh. Please clarify
ReplyDeleteSir actually we are from Nepal and father is an Indian army (from Gurkha regiment) and he got pension in 2000 A.D and got Hony N/Sub. What n Where should we go to get justice? for N/sub pension. if other are also getting pension of N/Sub by fighting in court sir
