Today, the below mentioned
veteran called on us for verifying the correctness of his pension.

PDA: SBI, Tuticorin- Dsit.
On going through his pass
book entries, we noticed that he is being paid correct Rate of pension.
Then , on interaction, we
came to know that he has not applied for
Endorsement of family
pension.
We explained the importance
of Joint Notification and Joint account.
Immediately, we prepared the
Appendix-I and Annexure-II, got it signed, and witnessed.
We guided him to forward the
same through his PDA to His Record
Office, (Signals )
The veteran was so happy and
sincerely thanked us for this timely help.
Our Trust is also happy in
helping one more veteran in this regard.
We have helped more than 100
veterans for Joint Notification.
We feel, still some more
veterans are there .
We request our veteran
brothers to enquire, your old friends of pre-1984
Retirees whether they have
got the Joint Notification done in favour of
their wife,
if not done, please tell
them to apply immediately as they are aged.
