Smt.S.Parvathy seated with our Liaison Officer Sgt.S.kanthiah
Smt.S.Parvathy is a Special family pensioner and was drawing her pension at the rate of Rs.5763/ as per, VI th CPC, CDA cir 397. W.e.f 1-1-2006.
Name : Smt.S.Parvathy M/O Late LAC G.Swaminathan ( 649152), Air Force.
PPO.NO: F/ 1944/83
PDA : SBI, Tirunelveli-Town, Tamil Nadu.
The pension was to be further revised as Rs.7000/- as per CDA cir 410, effective from 1-1-2006.
The widow was not aware of this and the PDA also had not revised the Pension.
We took up the case with the PDA and their CPPC at Chennai. Now the pension is revised as Rs.7000/- and the poor widow was paid an arrears of about Rs.90000/-also.
The happy widow Smt.S.Parvathy called on us and expressed her sincere thanks for this noble service .
