ONE OCTOGENARIAN HELPED FOR ENDORSEMENT OF FAMILY PENSION.

The below mentioned veteran called on us for checking the correctness of his pension.

PPO.No; s/ 9539/1975.

PDA: IOB  Titunelveli-Dist TN.

 On going through his pass book entries, we noticed that he is being paid correct Rate of pension including Addition pension of 20%

HE IS AN OCTOGENARIAN.

Again, on interaction, we came to know that he has not applied for Endorsement of family pension.

We explained to him the importance of Joint Notification.

We prepared the Appendix-I and Annexure-II in Triplicate

And guided him to forward the same to Record Office through his PDA>

The aged veteran was very happy with our action and expressed his sincere thanks to our Trust for this valuable help.

Our Trust is happy in helping an OCTOGENARIAN .
