CASUAL VISIT OF AN OFFICER FROM CANARA BANK

We are glad to receive one Officer Mr. Rajan , from Canara bank,
CPPC, Bangalore to our Trust on 9-7-2016.

We, the Trust members discussed with him about various problems / difficulties faced by our Ex-Servicemen / pensioners in dealing with Banks.

We are very happy that the Officer was kind enough to listen us patiently and
Agreed with our submission / view points  and promised us to address the grievances speedily,  He also told us that he will convey our view points to CPPC.

He also expressed the reason for not disbursing arrears to Widow pensioners as per CDA cir 547/548  and OROP, cir 555.  The reason is non availability of  particulars like, Rank , group and length of service of their husband.

If we can furnish the particulars, he is ready arrange for  disbursing  the arrears in a shortest possible  time.  He has also assured us to address the grievances if represented .

It was an opportunity to interact with an official of Canara bank and his casual visit was very much meaningful and purposeful.

Our Trust expressed our sincere thanks for his Visit and Canara bank ..
