Veteran Hony.Nb.sub (Hav.)
Rajan Pillai -13937814 M, aged 62,
Of AMC records filed a case
in AFT Kochi Bench -for revision
of his pension of that of a
Regular Naib Subedar in line with
Post 2006 retirees.
A judgment was passed in
favour of him vide OA.NO.69 OF 2016
Directing the Government to revise his pension to the Regular Nb.Sub's
rate, quoting Regn.137 of Pension Regulation-1961.

Havildars granted with Hony.Nb.Subedars.

ReplyDeleteRuling Govts are adament to the genuine needs of defence personnel both serving and retired. The Govt(Political Leadership) and Parl both should handle the matters. Of course this is good news for defence personnel especially to pre 2006 Hony Nb Subedars. Now let us look forward for kind of reaction coming from the Govt. All in the hands of 'babus'.
