ONE MORE PRE-1996 DISABILITY VETERAN HELPED FOR BROAD BANDING OF DE A 2ND CASE..





 Veteran R.Loganathan(  on left) expressing his sincere thanks to our Liaison Officer Sgt.S.kanthiah veteran.



Our Trust helped  the below mentioned veteran for Broad banding of Disability element with effect from 01-01-1996.

Name:R.Loganathan    Rank: SEP     QS: 14 yrs.  DE;  original-20% Broad banded to 50% w.e.f 01-07-2009.
PPO.No: DE/CORR/13087/2015
PDA: SBI,  TENKASI- TIRUNELVELI-DIST.

Again, our Trust prepared the Annexure for Broad banding from 1-1-1996 and the veteran has now received the Revised PPO for Broad Banding with effect from 01-01-1996.

The veteran is very happy with our action  and thanked us for this valuable help.

Our Trust is satisfied in helping one more , a 2nd such case.

    Sir,
    My name is katari Lokesh. I have been boarded out from Indian Air Force with 100% disability pension on 19/06/1991.Later on on 06/1998 my disability has been reduced suddenly to 20%.,Since I was getting the same. In ,2012 I have received PPO for 50% board branding w.e.f 01/07/2009. Now I have the doubt shall I get the same 50% from 01/01/1996. Please clarify the same.

    Yes Sir, You are eligible for Broad banding from 1-1-96. Please send the annexure as per CDA cir 429/ 529 to your record office.
