YET ANOTHER PRE-1996 VETERAN HELPED FOR BROAD BANDING OF DE

YET ANOTHER PRE-96 DE VETERAN HELPED FOR BROAD BANDING .

Veteran Hav.V.lakshmanan called us for a help in getting his Disability Pension to be Broad banded from 1-1-1996.
Name: Veerabhagu Lakshmanan    Rank: HAV  Gp- Y   QS: 20yrs.
We prepared the relative Annexure as per circular – and guided him to forward to His record Office- MEG through his PDA.

Accordingly he sent the annexure and now  he  has received the Revised PPO , Broad banding of DE @ 50% with effect from 01-01-1996. vide  PPO.No.DE/CORR/ 14178/2015.

The veteran was so happy and sincerely expressed his thanks  for the help extended by our Welfare Trust.

Our Trust is happy in helping one more,  a 3rd such cases.

We are waiting for the result of another few more cases.

    Sir, I retired on completion of 22 years service on my own request as medical cat P2 Permanent on 31.8.2016 Is the DP is applicable for me

    Sir, I was retired as Hav on completion of service 22 years on my own request in the madical category P2(Permanent) ie 50%. Please tell be the DP is applicable for me.

    Dear Sir,

    Please verify from your Discharge book, the reason for discharge- If it is mentioned as -Medically boarded / invalided , then your are eligible for further Broad banding. Other wide No.

    Sir, I have read the discharge book, in it is mentioned in the column mdical category only P2 has been mentioned and in discharge column "On own request".

    Sir, in the column medical cat of discharge book it only P2 has been mentioned and in the column reason of discharge mentioned on own request.

    I have requested to help one cpl discharged on medical category with less than 10 years service. He is now at 73. He joined in the OFT and when asked to count the defence service for pension he was asked to surrender entire service element which he did so. He discontinued his disability pension from 1/1/82 since he was informed by CDA erroneously that he is not eligible for disability pension. However, CDA agreed about his eligibility of disability pension and after a long chase they have sent certified true copy of original PPO to treasury who have transmitted this SBI navalpattu branch instead of CPPC SBI chennai but no action so far. I seek your kind help to get his disability pension restored and get his due arrear. The said cpl name is A Arumugam from Trichy and physically very weak due to ailments. I am ready to visit your office with the entire correspondence. Kindly give hand to get his set right. I may be informed about this through my mobile or e-mail which is below:
