One veteran visited our Trust office in connection with OROP .

After briefing about the OROP, on interaction with him, we
noticed that he had not applied for Endorsement of Family pension.
We explained the
importance of Joint Notification and the
hardship faced by the widows when the
Joint Notification not done during the life time of pensioners.
Then, we prepared the Appendix-I and Annexure- II then and there, ( in Triplicate) duly filled
, signed and guided him to forward the
same to his Record office through his PDA..
The veteran felt bad of his ignorance and was very happy
with our action and thanked us for this valuable help and guidance..
Our Trust is happy in helping one more pre-85 veteran for Joint
Notification.

ReplyDeletewith due respect ,i am JARNAIL KAUR widow of late -EX SEP.BHAG SINGH . He was a non-ex-serviceman with Army no.4447509.He had worked as THE SIKH LIGHT INFANTARY .He was enrolled on date-28\02\1966 and discharged on 9/12/1968.He was discharged because of invalided and borded out of service by medical boarded under army rule 13(3) item 3 and his total qualifying service is 1 year 10months. His medical category was EEE.His remarks were very good character.
I wish to conquer that this system of non -pension (non ex serviceman ) veterans for getting family pension is beneficial for me or not.Am i able to get family pension on behalf of my husband late.EX SeP BHAG SINGH.
KIndly persue my respect as soon as possible.

ReplyDeleteAfter my retirement in 1984 I was not paid any medical allowance by the Bank I became a member of ECHS only in 2015 Can I claim for my medical allowance arrears please clarify and advise
