The below mentioned Veteran wanted to confirm the correctness of his pension:

PDA: SBI, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli-Dist, TN.
On verifying his pension papers we confirmed that his service pension is correct. He was sanctioned with Disability pension of 20% also for life. We noticed that he was invalided out on medical ground, hence he was eligible for a Broad banding of Disabilityelement.
Immediately, we prepared the Annexure for broad banding in Triplicate and sent it to Record office through his PDA.
The innocent veteran was very happy and thanked us for this un-expected discrepancy in disability element and help from our Welfar Trust..
