A WIDOW PENSIONER HELPED
One widow pensioner Smt.A.Santhi called on us to verify the correctness of her family pension.
Service particulars :
Name : Smt.A.Santhi Ananda , W/O Late Raja Anandan, Rank : Cpl Serv.No: 673039 X,
Date of Death of Cpl; 28-2-2007.
PDA: Canara Bank, Tirunelveli-Junction, Tirunelveli-Dist, T.N
She is eligible for an Enhanced Rate of pension from 29-2-2007 to 28-2-2014.
There was a discrepancy in the total pension. We contacted the PDA and informed about the discrepancy. The short fall was due to recovery of excess payment made earlier.We confirmed the correctness of the pension .
The widow was very happy of our action of on the spot verification and confirmation.
