ONE MORE ANOMALY IN PENSION
A post 2006 retiree, a Nb.Sub.is getting less pension than a Pre-2006 Nb.Sub.
Full particulars of the aggrieved Nb.Sub:
Name: C.Veluchamy Rank: Nb.Sub No. JC 241745 M, Group-“y”
Date of retirement: 31-8-2008 Qualifying Service: 26 yrs.
Record Office : Armoured Corps
PPO.No: S/032893/2008 - Original pension…5735
AND S/CORR/152974/2009- revised pension..8355
PDA:State Bank of India, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin-Dist, TN.
He expressed his anguish about the Pre-2006 retired Nb.Sub of Same Group and same length of service is getting basic pension of Rs.10029/ as per Table No.32 of CDA Cir 430 whereas he is getting only 8355/-
It is another anomaly noted in the recent times. There are are many more such cases.
Dear veteran brothers, please bring such anomalies to light so that the MOD and the CDA can think over about this discrepancies.

ReplyDeleteSir, I JC-412394K Ex Sub(Clk) Shiv Kumar retired from army in Mar 2006. my PPO No is S/017865/2006(Army) and corrg PPO No is S/COR/060182/2009. my basic pension is Rs 9755/-.and Residual pension is Rs 5366/- after commutation i.e 45%. I am getting total pension as on date only Rs 9756 /- but the subedar of same gp retired prior Jan 2006 are getting about Rs 14000/-pm that is almost Rs 5000/- more than me. Please clarify why this anomaly and much variation of same rank pension, pl explain.
