NON REVISION-DOUBLE PENSION

Nk.Perumalsamy is drawing double pension, one from Arm(MRC) and the other from DSC.

As per CDA Cir 430, the Double pension cases, only the Army pension is to be revised and the other case to be referred to RO/ CDA. But in this case, DSC pension is revised and Army pension is not revised. Army pension is more beneficial .

We have taken up the case with DSC in this regard. The pensioner was happy of our findings and thanked us for taking up the matter with higher ups.
