ONE MORE FEATHER ADDED TO THE CAP

Ts.Nk.K.Jaganadhan lost his Left hand and left leg finger due to ice bite in the KARGIL WAR in 1999.

His particulars are:
Name L K.Jaganadhan Rank: Ts.Nk, Reg.No: 2587890 N, Group: Y, Record Office: M R C, Date of discharge: 1-5-2001PPO.No: S/ 068216/2000P.D.A: SBI, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin-Dist, Tamil Nadu.

He was sanctioned with war injury pension as per Vth Pay commission i.e. consolidated pension ( SE +wIE ).+ DA .As per GOI, MOD letter No; PC 10(1)/2009/D(Pen & Pol) dated 8-3-2010and CDA Cir 429, the Cap (se+wie) is removed and Service element and War Injury element to be paid separately. Accordingly, we represented the case to MRC Record Office by sending the appropriate Annexures.

Now, we have received the orders mentioning the Service element and War injury element separately , thus the war injured veteran is benefitted by more than Rs One thousand per month.

The Veteran called on us at our office and expressed his gratitude for the Trust members for helping him in getting the revised rate of pension

This is yet another achievement for our trust.
