She is eligible for Liberalised Family Pension.
The fact was reported to the Bank Senior Manager and he was kind enough to accept our findings and agreed to revise the pension as Rs.7000/- and revise further on receipt of correct rate of Liberalised pension from Record Office/ CDA Allahabad.
The pensioner called on us and expressed her gratitude for the help.
Our Trust is very proud of helping a WAR widow.
