PENDING DISBURSEMENT OF PENSION ARREARS
CDA CIRCULARS  547 AND 548.

It is heartening to note  that, the Circulars 547 and 548 were issued
In the month of September 2015. It is going to be one year.

Still many Pensioners/ and Family pensioners  have not been paid their Arrears.

Later Circular 555(OROP ) is effected  and the 7th Pay commission is on the way, but the earlier Circulars are still  not effected fully.

May be the reasons that the Required Particulars like Rank,  Group  and Qualifying Service not available with Banks/ CPPCs.

But, in the circulars they have given clear instructions  what to do if
Particulars are not available.
The Banks have raise the related Annexures  seeking the required
Particulars from Pension Sanctioning Authorities
OR
 they have to call the pensioners  to produce the Discharge certificate/
Pension orders  and any other Documents to verify ,

 We feel ,these instructions are not followed .

Here at least, the affected pensioners are to approach the Bank and furnish the details for getting their eligible arrears.

It is requested that Both the bank and the pensioners are to take interest
 in this regard  so that the pending cases may be cleared at the earliest.

There are many 80 yrs and above pensioners not received this arrears.
We hope that they get their arrears during their life time itself..

    Sir,
    Thank you for ur kind effort to confirm me about my arrears of pre-2006 dated 1st August 2016.Again u r requested that,if u kindly let me know the arrears from 1st july 2009 to 1st june 2012 (basic was-4814/-p.m) & 1st july 2012 to 30th march 2013 (basis was-4837/-p.m)

    Wonderful job,I appreciate. Pl.let me know my arrears from 01Jan2006to30Jun2009&01Jul2009to23Sept2012.BP as per Cir-547=4433,Cir-430=5340&Cir-501=5877(Nk-TS,Y-Gp,Q/S-18.5Yrs,DOD-29Feb2004)

    Dear Sir,
    It is understood that recently at your behest, a gathering of our fraternity was organised and a power point presentation was shown to them which appears to have been prepared enumerating various benefits available to them including latest pensionery benefits.
    I request you to kindly arrange to forward a copy of that power point presentation in english for addrssing our friends in Sikar district of Rajasthan.
