GIVEN EFFECT FROM 01-01-2006.
We are all aware that any Pay
commission’s effective date will from
The date Notified by the
government like
IV the PC……..01-01-1986
Vth PC ………01-01-1996
vI the PC…….. 01-01-2006.
Any improvement /addition/
deletion and Anomalies will take effect from the effective date of Pay Commission.
CDA circulars 430,
456,494,500,510, 542, 547, 548, 549 560, etc.
Were for improvements/
revision and so on recommended by committees but were given
effect from different dates.
Now as per Supreme court directions all the different effective dates are brought to 1-1-2006, the
effective date of VIth Pay Commission for all types of pension- Service,
Family, disability and War injury pension and all..
This may be an Indicator for
future Pay Commission anomalies.
