On hearing the services of our Trust, the under mentioned
veteran called on us for a help.

On verifying his records, we noticed that he was
INVALIDED Out after 8 yrs of service with 20% Disability
pension. The same was revised to 50% as
per CDA cir 429 w.e.f 1-7-2009.
Now, as per CDA cir 529, as he is Pre-1996 pensioner, is
eligible for Broad Banding of Disability
with effect from 1-1-1996.
Hence, we prepared the Annexure for this revision and
guided him to forward the same to His Record Office MRC through his PDA.
The aged veteran was very happy and thanked us for this
timely help.
