NEW OFFICER IN CHARGE OF ECHS TIRUNELVELI POLYCLINIC.

Our Exwel Trust Members Greeted   Cdr.PV.BALACHANDRAN (Retd),  the New Officer In Charge of ECHS, Tirunelveli- Poly Clinic,  in place of Col.Victor who retired recently.

We have introduced ourselves and explained our involvement in the functioning of ECHS from the inception of the scheme.

He was happy and thanked us for the  cordiality . 

He expressed his keen interest to help the ESM community .
