SUBMISSION OF LIFE CERTIFICATE

                            We had already published about the LIFECERTIFICTE.

Once again we are reminding all the Ex-Servicemen  and Family pensioners .

Our ESM organization the I E SM  has also reminding all the pensioners  a copy is published for the benefit of all..


Dear Sir,

    Tomorrow comes 01 November 2014.

    It is time for each one of you to submit Life Certificate to your pension paying branch. Take time off and submit your life certificate without any loss of time. Do not wait till 30 Nov 2014. The earlier you do it is better.

    One more thing to remember is that you can submit life certificate in any branch of your bank. Seeing the way these banks function with no care or concern to woes of pensiones, they will misplace your life certificate if you submit to any other branch other than from where you are drawing your pension.

    You have to spend some time that too only once a year. So I urge you to take trouble and go to your pension drawing branch and sign it and hand over Life certificate to your dealing clerk in the bank.

    Pl also take your pass book alongwith you.

    Then after a week check in your pension slip(for SBI account holders) whether endorsement is made in it that you have submitted your life certificate. It also shows you the next due date for submission of your Life Certificate i.e. Nov 2015.

    If you are unfortunately a wheel chair bound pensioner, then you can speak to your branch manager to send some one to your home and get your Life Certificate signed by you.
