All pensioners have to fill up this by visiting their Bank. This must be done in the first half of the month to continue getting your subsequent pensions in an uninterrupted manner. Delay in filing the certificate can,sometimes,delay the pension next month. Fortunately, the rules have been changed. These Life certificates,may now be filled up at any Branch of your pension disbursing Bank "
