On verifying the PPO and other papers , we came to know
that he was INVALIDED out and his Disability Element was Enhanced to 50% from
20% w.e.f 1-7-2009.
Now as per the latest CDA cir 529, the eligibility of
Broad banding is from 1-1-1996 .
Hence we have prepared the applicable Annexure- as per
the Circular and advised him to forward
the same to Record Office through his PDA.
The veteran was happy and thanked us for this help.
