OUR TRUST HELPED ONE MORE WIDOW FOR DUAL FAMILY PENSION.

YET ANOTHER WIDOW HELPED FOR DUAL FAMILY PENSION.

On coming to know the services of our welfare trust the below mentioned widow called on our office .

Name: Smt.Syed fathima   W/O Late Mohamed Mohideen   

Rank: sergeant  Air force ( 650189)  PPO/No: 08/14/B/ 13511/1990.  QS: 15 yrs.

On going through  the available  papers   , we noticed that the Ex.Sgt.was Re-Employed in Central Excise Dept. and He was drawing Two pensions. 

He died in March 2012 and his wife was Allowed to draw only one pension- From Central excise  according the Rule at that time.  

Now , as per the latest CDA cir 504 , she is eligible for pension from Defence also- DUAL family pension.

With effect from 24-9-2012.

We  have now represented the case to Directorate of Air Veterans  for  sanctioning / Drawing the Dual family pension with available PPO/ Joint notification / Discharge certificate etc.

The widow and her Brother were very happy of our action and sincerely thanked us for such a Noble service to the WIDOWS  of Ex-Servicemen.

Trust is happy in helping one more Widow for Dual family pension.
