ONE MORE PRE-1973 OCTOGENARIAN HELPED.

Ex.Corporal A.Paramanandam with his wife at our Trust Office.

On our survey and interactions, we found  one Pre1973 –Corporal  of Air Force  was

Medically boarded out with out pension .

Name: A.PARQAMANANDAM   ( 100410)   Rank: Corporal Indian Air Force

Qualifying Service:  9 yrs and 324 dqays.      Age as on Date  -90yrs -Octogenarian.

Medically Boarded out on 28-02-1955  with no pension.

He was given only Gratuity  as per the rule at that time.

Now , we understand , as per CDA cir 527, he is eligible for  Service Element of Disability

Pension , even if the percentage was less than 20%.

We have  now represented this case to the Directorate of Air Veterans,  Air Head Quarters,

New Delhi for consideration..

The veteran Paramanadam and his wife were very happy  about our efforts and sincerely

thanked us for this valuable help  .

Our Trust is also in helping yet another Pre-1973 retiree and an Octogenarian..
