The below mentioned Ts.Nk. came to our Trust office and reported that his Disability Element was enhanced from 30% to 50%, but the PDA has not revised the same.

on going through the Corr.PPO, we confirmed that his DE is Enhanced to 50%.
As per Pass book entries, it is noticed that he is being paid Disability pension of 30% only.
Immediately we contacted the PDA and reported the non-revision. The Branch Manager requested us to represent the same to their CPPC. Accordingly, we represented the case to IOB, CPPC, chennai.
The officials at CPPC, chennai were kind enough and revised the Disability pension and paid the
applicable arrears.
The veteran T.Balasubramanian came to our Trust and expressed his sincere Thanks for the help extended by the Trust.
