A Widow of a Late Sapper
Anthony visited our Trust on 4-2-2013 for a guidance regarding getting her
pension from Defence service
Name: Smt.Regina
Annammal W/O Late
Spr.Anthony(1329771)
He was discharge from service
in the year 1978, there after he was Re-employed in Railway and expired in
1995.
The widow is getting only
Railway pension.
PDA: Canara Bank, Tuticorin Dist.
On going through the
available papers,we came to know that
Part II order was published for their marriage and Endorsement for Family pension was not done.
As per the CDA cir 502, as
the widow is eligible for 2 pension, we guided her and drafted an application for a Claim of
Family pension from Defence
The poor widow was
satisfied with our service and guidance and expressed her sincere thanks to our
Trust..
