After the demise of a
Railway pensioner, his widow was sanctioned Enhanced Rate of Family pension.

Though the pension was
sanctioned from 21-11-2011, the pension was not paid. We took up the case with the PDA and their HO
,Bangalore and they started paying from September 2012. But arrears from21-11-2011 was not paid.
We again brought the noN
payment of arrears to the PDA over phone
and the PDA was kind enough to accept our submission and agreed to disburse the
arrears in this month itself.
The Widow along with his
son called on us and expressed their sincere thanks to our Welfare Trust.
