ReplyDeletethis is on the expected lines.as a matter of fact the effective date should have been 1/7/2009 if not 1/1/2006.like wise the family pensions hike too should have been as above dates .any how govt.of india has saved some crores of rs from the afv.jaihind long live india

R/Sir, No doubt effective date should have been w.e.f. 1/1/2006.like wise the family pensions hike too should have been w.e.f. 1/1/2006. Govt doing injustice with WIDOWS, Govt know who will come forward to ask for the right of widows. I think MOD only understand the language of Honorable Court, but i dont understand, that Govt always take action, when court passed orders, then they implement immediately but why they need to take direction of Hon'ble Court, i dont understand that they are doing injustice with Widows every time.
