On our continued efforts, we came to know that one widow special Family pensioner was being paid ordinary family pension since 1-1-1996’, She was paid @ 1275 instead of 2550 and 3500 instead of 7000 w.e.f 1-1-2006.

The short payment was immediately reported the Branch Manager, who was not aware of this eligibility. But he was kind enough to accept our findings and agreed to revise the pension from 1-1-1996 on our submission.
The poor widow pensioner was immensely happy and expressed her sincere gratitude for this voluntary help and also she told that but for the intervention of the Trust, she would have never got this Special Family Pension as nobody has found out this discrepancy since 1996.
Trust is happy in helping one more widow in getting her eligible Special Family pension.
