PENDING-PENDING- AND PENDING -DISBURSEMENT OF PENSION ARREARS AS PER CDA CIRCULARS-547, 548, 555, 560 AND 567.

PENDING –PENDING- AND PENDING  - DISABURSEMENT OF
ARREARS –CDA CIRS 547,548, 555,560 AND 567.

It is heartening to note that still lot many veterans and family pensioners
are not paid with their eligible pension Arrears as per the above Circulars.

As per bank officials, the reason for the Delay is Non Availability of DATAs like Rank, Group and Qualifying service  and Date of birth with them.

But how long  this answer will continue, some way has to be found out.

The Pensioners and the Banks have to initiate steps like forwarding Annexures to the concerned Record Offices/PSA   for obtaining the required particulars.

Most of the Pensioners are not aware of these Annexures and  only the Bank has to
Inform the pensioners  where ever the documents are insufficient. And initiate
Raising the Annexures.  Bur it is not being done, thus the delay and pending.

There are circulars stating that  in case of DOUBT  in revising the pension, they can  approach the PSA concerned.

We have come across  few cases  of death with out receiving their entitled dues in time.  It is unfortunate.

Now the Banks will be busy in implementing the DE-LINKING OF 33 yrs service – as per CDA circular 568 followed by 7th Pay Commission and addressing the anomalies

So, the old cases will keep on PENDING …..and it will be allowed to rest and forgotten on the demise of pensioners..

It is not that easy to claim the Life Time Arrears by the NOK nowadays.

Our humble request to all our ESM  organizations  and Associations  to help our affected Veteran brothers and Family pensioners in  your areas to get their entitled pension arrears PAID IN TIME  on a war foot.

  1. Dear Sgt.S.Kanthiah Sir, You are absolute correct with regard to pension arrears. There are so many associations in Tamilnadu. None of the Association contact the Exwel Trust for calculation of arrears through the Website www.exweltrust.in If the Associations are really interested to help their members, the website will be of great help. Your services are really great. It is good you have given arrears calculation for enhanced family pension as per Cir.567. It is really great. Nobody has done like the Exwel Trust. Kudos to your team. My God give you all Good Health and long life.
