NON PAYMENT OF ARREARS-CIR 547/548 AND 560.






These Circulars were issued long back but still many Veterans and widows are not paid their arrears.

We understand that the arrears of Cir 560 for Special  and Liberalised Family pensioners and Disability pensioners  are not paid by Many Bankers so far.

Now, the Resolution for 7th Pay Commission  and MOD Ltr.for De-Linking of 33 yrs. are  issued .

Our veteran brothers are to approach their Bankers for early disbursement of arrears  as per Cir 547/548 and 560.
If required, they have to complain to General Manger/ CPPC of their Bank.

All our Veteran brothers and associations are requested to help the
Veterans and widows in their areas for getting their arrears paid early.

    Respected Sir,
    My Father is an Ex-SEP worked for 3.4 Years. He discharged for Disability Element /Liberalizad pension .His Basic RS.3500; Disability pension Rs.1755,Bank Manager said that OROP is not possible for him.
    Sir you please tell, whether he is ELIGIBLE or Not?
    If it is possible please tell me

      He is eligible for a Basic pension of 5520 as per Page 7 of CDA cir 555.
      You can write to the CPPC of your Bank,
      You can also write to your Record Office.
      If you are a Reservist, no increase.

    ir I got special family pension. My husband lance naike Ganesh Ram expired on duty 22 January 1986 his qualifying service is 11 years 5 month 19 days Group B. Please tell me can I get any arrear according circular no. 560

      As there is no increase you are not benefited. Cir 503 table no:5

      Sir I get special family pension Circular 560 is for casulty pensioner. You said that I don't benefit according this Circular why? Please clear.

      Sir i didnt understand delinking of 33 years means what, my father as a sepoy, worked for 20 years. My mother is getting family pension, that means she is not getting 50% pension or what sir

      De-linking is not applicable to Family pension.

    Enter your comment...My Father died in march 2013.Rank-Havildar,QS-17 Yrs,Group-D.My mother is drawing enhanced family pension from there on.Is she eligible for any arrears or LTA?Reply sir

    I am ex havildar S Venkatasamy. I am invalided out on 24 dec 2005. I got 30% of disability i got 50% of disability pension . I applicable non payment of arriers cir 547/548 and 560. Sir how much i will get disability arriers.

    Cir 560 says that the difference between 503 and 410 to be the arrears. OK.

      Please contact -09786449036 or give full particulars of Family like Rank, Group, Qualitying service and PPO No. and the present total pension received. we shall explain. There is no use of sending comments again and again.

      She is not eligible . Herpension was 7000 on 1-1-2006 and also on 24-9-2012. Hence there is no difference and no benefit.

    Dear sir. I am ex jwo vp chaturvedi,retired july 1992on competition 21 years my pension as on jan 2006 was rs 6634 , wef jul 2009 it was 8411 and on orop it is now. 8853.kindly be good enough and let me have some knowledge og de link 33 years

    Dear Sir,

    De-linking is applicable for Pre-2006 retirees only. You got discharge in 2006, hence not eligible.

    Sir I was invailded out from army service after competition of 8 years 9 months service with 75 percent disability.my service element was increased on 24.9.12 from 3500 to 3968 and from 1.1.2006 to 23.9.12 it was 3500. Will I get arrears from 1.1 06 to 23.9.2012 as per circular no 560.is other circulars 547 548 will be applicable on me.Will I get benefits of delinking .pl advice

    Sir I am ex recruit mer of navy invalided out medical ground from navy on 10.7.97 after 1.5 yrs service. On date 1.1.2006 my service element was rs.3500 with d.a. sir I want to know that circular 568 of pcda is applicable to me or not.will I get arrear from 1.1.2006 to 30.6.14. please sir guide me my mail id is sankhla.ajit@gmail.com
