    I don't understand why we're excited abt the so called good news.infact this is supposed to be paid 10y back.now you have to wait till budget as they have to adjust the budget and cag to audit for filing budget for this yr.so be ready to face the axe.

      As per De.linking-- you have go for Havildar pension only and not Hony.Nb.Sub. Cir 568 para 9.

      No. 7th PC rate will be different.

      As per Cir 568, you are eligible for Hav. pension Rate.
      No confusion.

      Dear sir,
      You have served for full term of 28 years of service and not eligible for this DE,Linking of 33 yrs of service.
      In respect of 9440. please refer CDA cir 547. There is no benefir for 28 yrs of service people.
      Do not get onfused.

    Dear Sir, JWO Rank gp x was held only for 6 mts.Now getting Sgt.pension.What will be the pension under Cir 568?

    If you are a Pre-2006 retiree, and less than 28 yrs of service, you will get arrears for the Rank of Sgt.

    No sir, all the post 2006 retirees are getting pension of 50% of their emoluments.

    I am Pre 2006 JWO (Gp X- 20 yrs)now getting pension of Sgt pension since I had held the rank of JWO for 6 months only.

    Sir:
    I am Hon Lt, 27 years of service, retired 1981. Pension being paid has been 11,900 since Jan 06 as per 6th pay commission. No change since then, except 20% enhancement in Feb 2011 when I turned 80 and 30% enhancement when I turned 85 in 2016.
    Also, my OROP pay has been set at 16201, and 2 installments of OROP have been received.
    Now as per circular 568, I have calculated my arrears to be 6,69,394.
    Does this seem in the range of being correct. These are from 01/01/06 - 30/06/14

    I am retired Y group exservicemen having served 15 years and 11 months in AOC. I got Rs 133400 as arrears of DL-33 years. As per your calculation I will have to get 151156 whereas short of 17300. Please advise me to whom I will contact in this issue. Thanking you Dir
