LONG WAITED MOD ORDER FOR PRE-2006 ISSUED.




Dear Veteran brothers,

The long and eagerly awaited order for  Arrears  form 01-01-2006 to 23-9-2012 is issued by MOD
letter no: 1(04)/ 2015(1)-D (Pen/ pol) dated 03-09-2015.

Now let us all wait for a Circular from PCDA(P)  in this regard..

    Will all the family pension holder, widows will get the arrears?

    MY HUSBAND RETIRED IN THE YEAR 1983 AND EXPIRED ON 2 APRIL 2002. I AM GETTING FAMILY PENSION. WILL I GET THE ARREARS FROM 2006 TO 2012. IF YES THEN WHEN WE WILL GET. I AM ALREADY 79 YEARS OLD?

      you fall in the cadre of JCOs.
      The last pension increment was given wef.01-07-2009 to JCO.
      The next increment wef sep12 was not applicable to JCOs.It clearly ststes NO CHANGE.
      So JCOs Pre 2006 will get 1-1-2006 to 30-06-2009.

    I am sub with 30 years service retired. As per the areares chart my payment shows only 10280, where as already as per the 6th pay chart it was 11066 with effect from 01/01/06. What is the jock why is this areares chart. What is the benefit for me. I am 2002 retired.
