LONG AWAITED CIRCULAR ISSUED FROM PCDA FOR PRE-2006 RETIREES.



Dear Veteran brothers,

The Long waited Circular for Arrears  from 1-1-2006 instead of 24-9-2012 is released today.

PCDA(P)    CDA cir Nos. 547  and 548. dated 11-9-2015.

Let us all be Happy and wait for the disbursement by our Banks.

    Only lollypop for PBOR, whereas the Decision of Supreme Court of India is applicable for all Govt pensioners.

    Sir,
    I served in the Army for 16 years and retired as Hav/Clerk on 05 Jan 1980 with Rs 175/- as pension. My has been revised from time to time and from 1.1.2006 to Rs 3729/- from 1.7.2009 to Rs 4837 and now as per Cir No 501 as Rs 5531/-. Kindly enlighten me if I am eligible to get pension arrears from 1.1.2006 to 23.9.2012 based on PCDO(P) cir 547 and 549. Thanks.

    please do not excited , please refer PCDA circular 549 dated 30th Sep 2015 and states that no arrears from 1/1/2006

    Have met a couple of PBOR who hae no go anyy arrears so far. Are they not entitled for arrears wef 1.1.2006

    I Munshi Ram Dogra Mech(R) III retired on 31 DEC 1981.My BP is as per Cir 430 is Rs 6532/- ans BP as per cir 547 is Rs.5320/- which is less why?

    What about the circular meant for pre-2006 pensioners (jco/or) delinking 33 years service. Arrears from 01-01-2006 to 30-06-2014. When can we expect the circular?
