On going through his Discharge Book and PPO, we confirmed
that he is being paid correct Rate of Pension.
But we noticed that
the Endorsement of Family pension was not done .
We explained to him the importance of Joint Notification
in detail
Immediately, we prepared the Appedix- I and Annexure- II
in Triplicate and instructed him to send the same to Record Office after
getting signature from PDA.
The veteran was happy of our service and guidance and sincerely thanked ud for this valuable
help.
