BROAD BANDING -DISABILITY ELEMENT FROM 1-1-1996

We helped the below named veteran  in sending the Annexure for Broad banding of disability pension from 1-1-1996 as per CDA cir 529.

Name: S.Ramiah   Rank: Sepoy  1184984.   RO:Arty. 

He was sanctioned with 40% Disability  AND  was revised to 50% from 1-7-2009.

Now as per CDA cir 529,  the Benefit is given from 1-1-1996 vide

PPO.NO: DE/CORR/10280/2015. 

Arrears also from 1-1-96 to 30-6-2009.

This is the first case  of our claim settled.

The veteran was so happy and sincerely thanked us for help extended by our Trust.
