HAPPY NEWS- REVISION OF PENSION FROM 1-1-2006







SUPREME COURT -VERDICT - TUESDAY 17-03-2015.


Pay Arrears of Pension to all Pre-2006 retirees of Central govt. pensioners from 01-01-2006 rather than 24-09-2012.


The amount of basic pension which was made admissible from 24 September 2012 for each rank can be discerned from this Circular issued by the Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (Pensions). The said amount plus applicable DA/DR would now be admissible from 01 January 2006.

    Sir. Please let us know whether PBOR also will be benefited any thing by this judgement. The PCDA circular cited in the text above for the minimum guaranteed pension relates to officers only. Please ascertain and clarify

    What about full pension after 20 yrs service? Is it also included in SC ruling? If given, frommwhich date
