IMPORTANCE OF PART II ORDER- TIME
BARRED APPLICATION. DIFFICULTIES FACED.
Dear Veteran brothers,
We have published in our Blog on
23-MARCH 2013 -regarding the importance of ENDORSEMENT OF FAMILY PENSION
AND PART II ORDER PUBLICATION for any change in family status - that is occurrences like , Birth of child,
Death of first wife, Second Marriage , and change of Address etc
But to our surprise, still many of our Veteran brothers have not taken the subject seriously.
For example , one brother
has approached us for a Part II
order publication for Birth of his Son, born in the year 2000, 15 yrs after the occurrence, when asked for the reason, he was not serious
and not aware. When the application was
sent with Original Birth Certificate
issued by issuing authorities, The
concerned Record Office has returned the Application stating reason that, it is TIME BARRED
APPLICATION. Should have been applied
with in 5 yrs of occurrence. AND hence
to be re-submitted with an AFFIDIVATE FROM – IST CLASS MAGISTRATE.
Nowadays, getting the
Affidavit from a Ist Class Majistrate is not that easy, not only money, the
time, the harassment , the running about with Revenue
authorities and mental agony is UN-tolerable
Dear brothers, let us not blame the Zilla Zaink Boards for not forwarding the application with out
Ist Class
Magistrate Affidavit due to TIME BARRED
application. It has become necessary now..
At least , here after, report the occurrences immediately or with in the period of 5 yrs and avoid all the hardship.
Even a Spelling mistake in the name like Jaganathan/ Jeganathan , Initial in
front of Name father’s name/ husband’s name / and error in the Date of birth and some time the Name itself is different from the one in service records is not at all acceptable and require an
AFFIDAVIT FROM IST CLASS MAGISTRATE.
