On verifying the available
document with the widow, we noticed that the deceased was a Pre-1984 reiree,
hence there was no record for Joint Notification. The widow is not aware of this.
We have now written to her
Record office for clarification whether Joint
notification was done or not and guidance for DUAL family pension.
The widow was happy of our
action and thanked us for this help.
