Veteran T.Srinivasan with our Liaison Officer Sgt.S.Kanthiah.
The below named veteran
called on our office and reported that he is getting less pension than his
counter part.
Name: T.Srinivasan Rank: Ts.NK. Group- Y QS. 18yrs.
PDA: Canara bank,
Tuticorin-District. TN.
On going through his PPO
and pass book entries, we noticed that his pension was not revised as per CDA
cir 501.
Immediately we contacted
the PDA and CPPC at Bangalore and
informed about the non revision. The Bank officials accepted our findings and
agreed to revise the pension and pay the arrears in this month itself.
The aggrieved veteran was
happy of our action and thanked us for this help.
