Smt.Yamuna with her son at our tust office,
An aggrieved widow came
all the way from Sattur , 80 Km away from our Trust and reported that her
pension is not revised.

branch, virudhunagar Dist., TN.
On going through her pass book entries, it was
noticed that she is being paid pension @ 4770/-only as per CDA cir 397,
annexure- III and not revised as per latest Govt.order.
Immediately , we
contacted the bank CPPC at Bangalore and
informed about this discrepancy.
They requested us to send
the proof for Qualifying service and they will revise the pension as per CDA
cir 502.
We have now sent the copy
of PPO, Discharge certificate and the statement of account with DUE / DRAWN statement
and arrears calculation.
The widow was so much impressed
upon our efforts and expressed her sincere
thanks to our Trust members for this
valuable help to the widow pensioners.
