Ex.Sepoy came to our Trust office for verification of correctness of his
pension.

PDA: I O B Branch, , Tirunelveli district Tamil Nadu.
On going through his PPO ,
Discharge Certificate and the Bank pass book, we noticed that he is being correct rate of
pre-revised pension. The revision as per Cir 501 is not carried out.
Then , as he is a Pre-1984
retiree, we inquired about the Endorsement of family pension.
He was not aware of this
and not applied for.
Immediately we prepared
the required Appendix-1, Annexure-II, and the Additional particulars in Triplicate and guided him to get the
signature of the PDA and forward it to his Record Office, MEG Bangalore without
further delay.
The veteran was so happy
of his visit and thanked our Trust for this valuable timely help in getting the
Joint Notification in favour of his wife..
