One widow was not getting
her family pension after the demise of her husband.

On verifying her PPO
, we noticed that the Joint Notification
in favour of her is already existing. Hence she is eligible for family pension.
We contacted the PDA over
phone and informed about the non payment of pension inspite of the Joint
Notification. The Bank manager was kind
enough to accept our submission and assured
us to switch over to family pension in this month itsef.
The poor widow and her
daughter were very happy about our action and expressed thei r gratitude to our Trust
for the timely help
