ONE MORE RAILWAY PENSIONER HELPED

Mr.Murugesan at our Trust Office.

One hearing the good services of our Trust, one Railway pensioner called on us .

Name: Mr.K.Murugesan      PPO: 86082000922

PDA: Canara Bank, Tuticorin dist.

He informed us that his father  was also  a railway pensioner and died in 2008 on 84^th year of age. The LTA of VIth Pay  Commission was not yet paid. The wife was  pre deceased  of the pensioner, hence there was no nomination.

We contacted the PDA and informed that  , in the absence of Nomination, the Legal heirs are eligible for the payment of LTA.

Mr.Murugesan is the only legal heir of the deceased Kasi Nadar  and  he himself is Railway pensioner ,  the arrears  may be paid to him as LTA.

After a long discussion and arguments the Bank official agreed to settle the case as death claim settlement .

Mr.Murugesan  was happy and thanked us for the help.

We are happy in helping one more Railway pensioner.
