for knowing whether his pension
will be revised as per CDA circular 501.

On going through his
available papers, it was noticed that he had served for 7 yrs.regular and 8
yrs.reserve and receiving minimum pension of Rs.3500/-
We informed him that as per the Cir 501, he is not eligible for
revision.
We confirmed that the
Joint Notification in favour of his wife is done.
He was satisfied with our
explanations and thanked us for the help.
This latest post of yours iro bb of disability pension is baseless and w/o studying the facts and misleading poor disabled vets,sir,it is submitted that the above om of desw is a continuation of 542 and has nothing to do with disabled vets who came out on completion of terms of engagement or Nana cases,pl issue a clarification
