veteran visited our Trust for confirmation of his rate of pension.

Date of Discharge: 30-9-19983 PDA: I.O.B Tirunelveli, TN.
On verifying his PPO and
the bank pass book entries, we confirmed that he is being paid the correct rate
of pension.
But, as he is Pre-1984
retiree, he has not applied for Endorsement of family pension.
We explained to him about
the importance of Endorsement of family pension
and prepared the applicable Appendix-I and Annexure-II in 4 copies on the spot. We guided him to
forward the same to his Record Office , MRC
through his PDA,
The Veteran Jayaseelan and
his wlfe were very much satisfied with our instant service and sincerely
