One Bank officer Mr. Bala
nagarajan from Syndicate bank ,called on
us on 15-6-2013.
He had a long discussion
with our Trust members on many areas of
difficulties in pension payment. He
also got cleared few cases of doubts and method of calculation of arrears of
pension.
We provided him with all,
including the latest circulars regarding the revision of pension – circulars
and Tables and the DA rates from 1-1-1996.
He was very much impressed
and satisfied with our services and submission of pension cases to
authorities. He also visited our blogs
in our office and appreciated the Trust members.
He expressed his sincere
thanks to our Trust members for such a valuable noble service to the
Ex-Servicemen communities and guidance to Banks whenever needed. He also
assured us that he will inform his higher authorities about the guidance from
our welfare Trust to the banks.
We requested the bank officer
to extend whatever help possible in solving the problems of pensioners and we
are always ready to visit the branches for help if called for..
