On our casual interactionS, we came to know that the below mentioned Widow was not fixed correct rate of Enhanced Rate of Family pension.

PDA: I O B , Thenmalai Br, Tirunelveli-Dist, T.N.
On going through the pass book entries,it was noticed that she was being paid ERP @3470 instead of 5205/- .
We immediately contacted the Link branch and their CPPC, Chennai and informed the wrong fixation of Family pension. The Bank officials accepted our findings and assured us that they will revise the pension in the next month.
The innocent widow was very happy and expressed her sincere gratitude for the timely help by our Welfare Trust..
